Video Update

by Scott on 06/21/2012

It’s been a while since we’ve posted videos, so here are a couple recent (and unrelated) selections. I wanted to post two more, but the free version of Vimeo only allows 500MB per week. Stay tuned for the other two.

Recently we’ve been trying to teach Lucas different animal noises. We’ll ask, “What does the sheep say?” or “What does the horsey say?” and for each animal he responds reliably with his doggy noise. He will do a good “baaa baaa baaa” for the sheep, but only after we give him a hint. He often attempts a “cock-a-doodle-do” which he enjoys saying.

The big thing for him now is how mobile he is. No walking yet, but a LOT of standing (with support) and crawling. He doesn’t like to be stationary, and it seems he’s happiest when he’s pulling himself up onto something or crawling over an obstacle just for fun. He loves to play chase, and he gives kisses generously which is fun for mommy and daddy.
